Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Tintin Summer Festival 2026. By purchasing a ticket, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase

  1. 1.All ticket sales are subject to availability.
  2. 2.A valid electronic or printed ticket must be presented for admission.
  3. 3.Child tickets are valid for children aged 1 to 15 years.
  4. 4.Each child ticket includes admission for one accompanying adult.
  5. 5.Any additional accompanying adult must purchase a General Admission Ticket.
  6. 6.Children may not enter the festival without an accompanying adult.

2. Admission

  1. 2.1The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.
  2. 2.2The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of all tickets.
  3. 2.3Lost, stolen, copied, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets may be refused entry.
  4. 2.4Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the organizer.

3. Event Changes

  1. 3.1The event schedule, attractions, activities, performances, and featured guests are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. 3.2While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure Tenge's participation, the organizer reserves the right to modify appearance times, performances, meet & greet sessions, or other scheduled activities due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
  3. 3.3Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Photography & Media

  1. 4.1Photography and video recording will take place throughout the festival.
  2. 4.2By attending the event, guests grant the organizer permission to use photographs and video footage containing their image for promotional, marketing, editorial, and social media purposes without compensation.

5. Safety

  1. 5.1Parents and accompanying adults remain responsible for the supervision and safety of the children in their care throughout the event.
  2. 5.2Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by event staff.
  3. 5.3The organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any attraction or activity if deemed necessary for safety reasons.

6. Personal Property

  1. 6.1Guests attend the festival at their own risk.
  2. 6.2The organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

7. Liability

  1. 7.1The organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, transportation delays, technical failures, or force majeure events.

8. Acceptance

  1. 8.1By purchasing a ticket and attending the festival, all guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
