By purchasing a ticket or accepting an invitation to the VIP Media Reception, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms below.
Event Admission
Admission is valid only with a valid QR Code ticket or official invitation.
Ticket Types
The event offers complimentary Media Invitations, VIP Tickets and Gold Pass Tickets. Benefits vary according to the ticket purchased.
Identification
Guests may be asked to present a valid photo ID matching the ticket holder's name upon arrival.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may not be transferred without prior written approval from the event organizer.
Media & Photography
By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed and filmed. Images and video may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without additional permission or compensation.
Professional Conduct
This is a professional networking event. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward all attendees, speakers and staff.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe, without refund.
Event Schedule
The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Meet & Greet
Photo opportunities, interviews and interactions with Tenge Tenge will be managed by the event team to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Gold Pass Benefits
Gold Pass holders receive priority registration, reserved front-row seating, priority access to the photo session, and a Premium Gold Name Badge.
Priority access does not guarantee unlimited time with Tenge Tenge.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
Security
The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks where necessary. Weapons, illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for cancellation or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, security concerns or other unforeseen events.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets may not be exchanged for another event.
- If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
- Complimentary invitations have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
